What are Green teas?

Green tea is made from the same plant, Camellia Sinensis, as all other tea type but it is how the leaves are processed that gives the tea its flavour. The picked leaves are dried and not left to oxidise so retain the green colour. 

Where are these teas from?

These teas are from China or Japan, depending on the county of origin affects the way the tea will taste and how it is made. Japanese tea tend to be steamed dry, whilst Chinese teas are panfried.
