Taiwan produce most of the world's oolong teas, a complex collection of teas that are semi oxidised to produce some of the best teas. Poppy Oolong has a lovely smooth and malty taste making this a perfect introduction to Oolong teas.
Not too far away from the black tea end of the oolong spectrum, this leaf tea is mellow and malty but without the bitterness of some teas.
Infuse for 3 minutes and keep the leaves. Oolong tea can be reinfused a number of times bringing a new dimension to each brew.
