Sencha is a light, grassy, milky tea but have very little bitterness making it a great easy drinking tea. The Japanese make this tea by steam drying the leaves before hand rubbing, this produces a fresh and fragrant brew.

- Place 1 teaspoon of Sencha in an infuser
- Place in your cup and pour over water just off the boil - once the steam has gone.
- Infuse for only 2 minutes
- Remove infuser and enjoy.
