This tea has the taste and aroma of lavendar, camomile and rose producing a floral and medicinal tasting tea. Its caffeine free and contains no tea just herbs and flowers.
What ingredients make sleeping tea?
Ingredients
- Camomile for Relaxing
- Lemon Balm for relieving anxiety and promoting good sleep
- Hawthorne for insomnia
- Valarian root for its sedative effect
- Lavender for aroma, soothing & calming
- Rose petals for fragrance and soothing stress away
How to make a cup of sleeping tea.
- Place 1 teaspoon of sleeping tea in an infuser and put in your cup.
- Pour over boiling water.
- Leave to infuse for 5 minutes.
- Remove infuser and enjoy
- No need to add anything to this tea.
