    What is Autunm Tea?

    This tea is a Black tea blended with Redcurrants and Safflower petals.

    Redcurrants add a bright fruit flavour and a lovely aroma, they are rich in antioxidants and contain potassium that helps regulate blood pressure. The safflower petals can benefit the heart and cholesterol

    How does Autumn Tea taste?

    The strong black tea is a great base for the redcurrant flavour. It's refreshing and fruity but not to sweet. Make a really nice iced tea too.

    How to make a cup of Autumn Tea.

    1. In an infuser put 1 teaspoon of Autumn tea.
    2. Place in cup and pour over boiling water.
    3. Leave to infuse for 3-5 minutes
    4. Remove infuser and enjoy.
    5. Best without milk.
