Grantham Tea

We wanted to have a loose leaf tea that reflected our home town of Grantham, so we included a ginger tea in our collection. Grantham is famous for many things including the Gingerbread biscuit, first baked here in 1740. Grantham tea blends ginger with a large leaf tea in homage to that famous gingerbread.

This loose leaf tea is the perfect balance of sweetness and spice with the base of a black tea making a delicious cup of tea.

Ginger is used in sweet and savoury cooking and also has many health benefits. Its helps settle tummy upsets and nausea, and is thought to be helpful as an anti inflammatory for joints and pains. The apricot is an excellent source of nutrients, containing vitamin C and potassium.
