What is Orange Blossom Oolong?
Our Orange Blossom Oolong tea is a loose leaf tea with orange peel, orange oil and blossom that gently infuse the Oolong tea leaves with their citrus flavour.
Oolong tea is from Taiwan, and is produced by semi oxidising the leaves. Falling somewhere between green and black teas, Oolong tea has complex flavours and are a delight to drink.
How does Orange Blossom Tea taste?
Our Orange Blossom Oolong loose leaf tea has been allowed to oxidise more so is more like a black tea than a green tea. It has a soft malty taste with the zesty orange aroma and taste, the Oolong tea and orange complement each other perfectly.
Oolong loose leaf tea can be reinfused up to 5 times, so keep the leaves and see how the flavour changes.
How to make a pot of Oolong Orange Blossom tea.
- Place 1 teaspoon of tea per person in a teapot
- Pour over boiling water
- Leave to infuse for 3-5 minutes
- Remove leaves and enjoy.
- No milk needed
- To reinfuse the leaves, repeat the process.
