Oolong loose leaf tea can be reinfused up to 5 times, so keep the leaves and see how the flavour changes.

What are Oolong teas?

All tea comes from the same plant, the Camellia Sinensis and the way the leaves are processed affects the taste, look and colour of the tea.

Oolong tea is the best example of how playing about with the oxidisation time can dramatically affect how the tea tastes.

Oolong tea is semi oxidised so is halfway between black and green tea. Producing interesting and complex tastes, Oolong is a real teatime treat.
