Appearance: Brews a deep red/ brown colour

Strength: Medium to full-bodied

Best Enjoyed: Without milk to taste the full flavour

  • Amount: 1 teaspoon (2-3g) per cup
  • Water Temperature: Freshly boiled (100°C)
  • Steeping Time: 4-5 minutes for full autumn flavour
  • Serving Suggestion: Delicious with milk and honey, or black to savour the spices
