Delivery
We pack and post your orders from our Newark Teashop with Royal Mail. The parcels are collected everyday except Sunday & Monday.
- If your order is over £25 you qualify for free delivery (Tracked 48)
- All deliveries under £25 will be charged at the following rates, please selected at checkout.

Returns & Refunds
We hope that you'll be thrilled with your teapot when it arrives but if anything isn't right, please get in touch. Contact us on contact@teaspoon-tea.co.uk for assistance and we'll get back to you promptly.
We take every care to ensure your teapot is properly protected during transit but appreciate that very occasionally damages may occur. We will replace or refund products damaged during delivery if photographic proof of damage is sent to us within 7 days of delivery.
