Russian Caravan loose leaf tea is a tea with a story, gaining its name from the journey the tea made from China to Europe on the camel caravans in the 18th century. The loose tea being transported would become mixed up and take on a smokey aroma from the campfires producing a unique blend.

Today this blend may not have travel the traditional way but the essence of the tea still remains. A wonderful Chinese tea, great as an English Breakfast alternative.

    Place in an infuser teapot or cup infuser.

    Pour over hot water.

    Leave to infuser for the time stated on the packet.

    Remove infuser.

    Add milk or sugar if desired
