A delicious and delicately spiced white gingerbread biscuit. Made to the original recipe from 1740 in Grantham, Lincolnshire.

Flour (Wheat), Sugar, Butter (milk), Egg, Bicarbonate of soda, Baking powder (wheat), Ground Ginger (1%)

Store in a cool dry place. Once opened store in an airtight container.
