Ginger is used in sweet and savoury cooking and also has many health benefits. Its helps settle tummy upsets and nausea, and is thought to be helpful as an anti inflammatory for joints and pains. Ginger is also thought to improve circulation and reduce fatigue it can also help to boost energy levels.

5. No.60 Rooibos 

Rooibos (also known as Red Bush) is caffeine-free and won’t give you the instant energy boost as caffeinated tea like green tea and black tea. That doesn’t mean Rooibos hasn’t got other tricks up its sleeves.   Rooibos contains antioxidants that can help fight fatigue and improve your overall health.  Rooibos tea is a good source of minerals such as iron and can help combat fatigue caused by iron deficiency.
